• Products are subject to availability. Offers and prices may change or be withdrawn at any time.

4Orders & Payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. We accept UPI, major cards, net-banking, No-Cost EMI and Cash on Delivery where available. A GST invoice can be provided on request — add your GSTIN at checkout.

5Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Delivery, returns, refunds and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6Intellectual Property

The BlendLife name, logo, the Tiranga Chakra mark, product designs, text, graphics and all site content are the property of BlendLife and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.

7Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided with the care and warranty described on this site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlendLife is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.

9Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
