Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your BlendLife. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, refunds, cancellations and warranty work.

17-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To keep things safe and hygienic for every customer, returns are accepted only for products that are unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging with all accessories, tags and free gifts included.

2What Cannot Be Returned

Because our products come into contact with food and drink, we cannot resell opened or used items. The following are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, charged, or opened beyond inspecting the sealed box.
• Items returned without original packaging, accessories or free gifts.
• Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water ingress or unauthorised repair.
• Items marked non-returnable or bought under clearance/final-sale offers.

3How to Start a Return

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 79892 57382) or email support@blendlife.in with your order ID and reason within 7 days.
2. Share a quick photo/video showing the product is unused and sealed.
3. We'll arrange a free pickup (where serviceable) or share a return address.

4Refunds

Once your returned item reaches us and passes a quick quality check, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. For COD orders, we refund via UPI or bank transfer. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is our fault.

5Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Received something damaged, defective or different from what you ordered? You're fully covered. Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6Order Cancellation

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched for a 100% refund. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled — but you may still be eligible for a return under the terms above.

71-Year Doorstep Warranty

Separate from returns, every BlendLife is protected by a 1-year warranty covering the motor, battery and charging circuit against manufacturing defects. We arrange doorstep pickup-repair-return, pan-India. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental or water damage, or misuse.
