1Order Processing

Every order placed on blendlife.in is confirmed within a few minutes by email, SMS and WhatsApp. Orders are packed and handed to our courier partners within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are usually dispatched the same day.

2Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location. These are typical, good-faith estimates — not guarantees.

3Shipping Charges

• FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders across India — no minimum cart value.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pincodes; a small COD handling fee may apply and is shown transparently at checkout.
• No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — GST inclusive.

4Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, email and WhatsApp. You can also track any order from your account or by writing to us with your order ID.

5Serviceable Areas

We deliver to 26,000+ pincodes across India. If your pincode is serviceable it will be accepted at checkout. COD availability varies by location and is confirmed at checkout.

6Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances beyond our control — weather, strikes, regional restrictions, courier backlogs or incorrect/incomplete addresses. We'll do everything we can to keep your order moving and keep you informed.

7Damaged or Missing in Transit

We pack every BlendLife with care, but if a parcel arrives damaged, tampered or with a missing item, please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund after a quick check.
