How fast will my order ship?
Orders are confirmed within minutes and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Metro cities usually receive in 2–4 days; other regions in 4–6 days.
Is delivery free?
Yes — free express shipping on all prepaid orders across India, no minimum cart value. COD is available on most pincodes with a small handling fee.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link on SMS, email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major cards, net-banking, No-Cost EMI, and Cash on Delivery where available.
Is No-Cost EMI available?
Yes, on eligible cards and cart values — you'll see the option at checkout.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Absolutely. Add your GSTIN at checkout and we'll issue a GST invoice.

What's your return policy?
7-day easy returns on any unused, unopened product in its original sealed packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Can I return a used product?
For hygiene and food-safety reasons we can't accept used or opened items — unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Received a damaged item?
Record an unboxing video and message us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How long is the warranty?
Every BlendLife carries a 1-year doorstep warranty on the motor, battery and charging circuit.
How do I register or claim it?
Register on our Warranty page, or just WhatsApp us your order ID to start a claim — we arrange doorstep pickup-repair-return.

Can it crush ice and frozen fruit?
Yes — six stainless-steel blades and a proper motor handle ice, frozen fruit and nuts.
How many blends per charge?
15+ full blends on a single USB-C charge; a full charge takes about 2 hours.
Is it leak-proof and travel-safe?
Yes — the lid is leak-proof and the whole thing is built to live in your bag.
How do I clean it?
Add water and a drop of soap, run one blend, rinse — about 30 seconds.

How long does it keep drinks hot or cold?
Our insulated tumblers keep drinks hot or cold for several hours thanks to double-wall vacuum insulation.
Are they leak-proof?
Yes — leak-proof lids designed for bags and commutes.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Hand-wash is recommended to protect the finish and seals; the jar and lid are easy to rinse clean.

What can the frother make?
Cafe-style foam for cappuccinos and lattes, plus hot chocolate, matcha and protein mixes — in about 15 seconds.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes — rinse the whisk under water or run it in a cup of water for a few seconds.

General care tips?
Rinse after each use, avoid submerging the motor base, and let parts air-dry. Use the self-clean blend for blenders.
Can I put parts in the dishwasher?
Jars and lids on most products are dishwasher-safe on the top rack; never put the motor base or charging unit in water.
🔋 Battery & Charging
How long does one charge last?
On a full charge you get roughly 15–20 blends on BLAZE (4000mAh) and proportionally on smaller models. A quick USB-C top-up gets you going again in minutes.
What cable does it use?
All BlendLife blenders charge over universal USB-C — the same cable as most modern phones. A cable is included in the box.
Can I blend while it is charging?
For safety we recommend blending on battery and charging separately — a single charge already covers days of daily use.
